I’m proud to work for a company where diversity is valued. There are many female VPs on our team which shows how Wakefield is very inclusive, open-minded and accepting of all people and it shows in our culture. For example, I like that we have a prayer room on-site.

Mo Ghori
Production Manager

My career growth at Wakefield has been amazing. I started off as a temporary customer service representative. I transitioned to inventory analysis and now I’m a Production Manager. Overall, I’ve had 6 roles with the company, and I thank the people at Wakefield for giving me the opportunities and trusting me to do well.

Kristine Brown
Regional Sales Manager
Central Region

My favourite part about working at Wakefield is 100% about the people! They genuinely care about the company and its success. I started as a Territory Sales Manager in the GTA and within a year had moved over to Key Accounts. I transitioned to Retail and National accounts a couple of years later. My next role was Regional Sales Manager looking after a team of 10 field sales reps.

Jeoffrey Boutet
Regional Sales Manager
Eastern Region

I first joined Wakefield as a CSR, then got the opportunity to be a Territory Sales Manager for South Shore Montreal. In January 2023, I was promoted to the role of Business Development. By the end of the year, I was promoted again to Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Region. The culture is easy to describe at Wakefield and the best thing to describe this will be OneWakefield, we truly work as a family.
